My tips for healthy hair

If there’s one thing that people always ask me about, it has to be my hair! Whether I post a photo on instagram or share a new video, I always get questions about my favorite products and tips for healthy hair. And as much as I love to read & answer all of your comments, I thought it would be easier to share all my tips into a video!

    What do you suggest when it comes to washing your hair at night? Do you suggest blow drying or tying it up to dry as you sleep? I feel like blow drying seems the best answer but that makes my hair really limp by the morning…

    • I used to wash my hair at night and let it dry overnight but I stopped doing that a few years ago as I would always wake up with damp, frizzy hair. Therefore, I would suggest drying it before going to bed and either tie it in a messy bun with a invisibobble hairband to avoid creases or maybe do some plaids to have it wavy by the next morning!
